3.   Regional Marketing Partner (RMP) - Regional Retail Partner in 20 or more Consortium Marketing Areas

RMP - 2017  U.S. Regional Membership Fee:      (To Be Set By Board Of Directors)

          Similar to AMP but Regional based instead of National.

          Has one Operating Board seat with 1 Observer in each U.S. Regional Consortium Planning Board in which they participate.         

          Has one Operating Board seat with 1 Observer in each U.S. Local Consortium Marketing Planning Board in which they participate.

         RMP - 2017  U.S. Local Area Membership Fees:      (To Be Set By Board Of Directors) annually - 10 Day Third Right Of Refusal

          X% Royalties on BT Sales from retailer Partners (below) RMP recruits into their "wing" of the Consortium

              X% of BT Sales - includes cost of Consortium Call Center and Website Hosting & Maintenance
              X% of BT Sales Consortium Marketing Fee
